All current models may be exchanged for another model at anytime during the 1st year (one time allowance per order).  Items being exchanged must be complete with original packaging and in new condition (as purchased).

Return Policy

Eden Eyewear guarantees that it will replace any merchandise failure due to defects in material and/or workmanship, free of charge for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

* All returns must be in full dozens and in its original packaging.

* This guarantee does not apply to special orders or promotional items.

* We must be notified by email at sales@edeneyewear.com within thirty (30) days of the ship date to initiate your return.

* An Eden Eyewear representative must issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). A return shipment without our authorization will be refused.

* Refunds are issued within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.

* Items returned after 7 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

*** Industry standards allow a 5% defect ratio on all sunglasses.
