Ground delivery times are generally 3 to 7 business days from the day an order is shipped. All orders will be shipped out of our warehouse within 48 hours, unless otherwise instructed. All orders received after 1:30 PM, Central Standard Time, will be shipped the next business day.

• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available for an additional cost.
• Saturday delivery for most locations is available for an additional cost.

Due to International Customs Forms, and Documentation needed with your shipment, please allow up to 3 business days for us to: process your payment, provide customs documentation on your package, and to ship your order. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-14 business days based upon your location and shipping method. In some instances, delivery may take longer if your package is held in Customs.

Back Orders:

Every attempt will be made to maintain inventory of each product we offer but occasionally we may run out of certain models. If any product is not available for shipment, we will contact you by email with up-to-date delivery information. 

When checking out, you will have the option of substituting out of stock styles with a similar style.
